Seat color and leather
1.2.5mm PU leather, chinese top grain leather.

Weight Stacks
1. The weight is made of very solid steel plate.

Cable
1. Cable is high wear resistant, tensile strength.
2. Out cable use oiliness stainless steel which is imported from germany.
3. Cable internal diameter is 6.0mm with 7 picecs stainless steels inside and covered with wear resistant soft rubber.
4. Cable max can bear 18.6KN each to 1600kg
Pulley
1. Pulley has two material. One is with polypropylene(PP-R), middle bearing is steel. And second is made of aluminum alloy.
2. Each pulley have inside oiliness bearing which make the pulley moving smoothly and stably.
Painting
1. Smoothly, second steps remove oil and rust
2. First step we use dresser to polish the crater which can make the tube surface very smooth and make the face of weld the same level.
3. The second step we take physical way to remove the rust which make the painting with strong adhesive force and not easy be scratched and rust agsin
4. Isially our common colors are grey silver and dark silver same as photos. But other color can be available also just like black, yellow, red and so on.
Welding
1. Carbon dioxide welding.
2. All the tube cut face we have open models to make sure the connected face connect with each other without a too big gap, than can make a very beautiful welding surface.
3. The very important way to make the machine keep the same shape is that we make lots of jip and fixture as photos when the machine be welding.
